It was a marvellous Annual General Meeting, with sumptious food and palatable dishes and drinks. More so as the RM20 per head fee was waived. The three tables at Ming Room, Bangsar Shopping Complex were sponsored by D'Utama Advanced Toastmasters Club. The time was 7.30PM.
Immediately after dinner, all 22 members who attended gathered around one half of the room. Facilitated by Parliamentarian DTM Low YS, the meeting proceeded with agenda report after report. The President and Exco managed to answer all questions from the members of the floor professionally and satisfactorily.
The night was memorable, filled with Ecstasy of camaraderie and joy. In-coming President, Deborah Hoe, CTM gave a touching speech and was later presented a bouquet of flowers by President Lee WS, ACS. Her theme for the year 2008/2009 is "Be The Change".
