ACS Foong was full of smiles and was cheerful and bubbly
throughout the session she kept the meeting alive with her finesse but she was
stern when come to serious matter. She
mentioned that when in Thailand the Thai people never have ethnic differences.

touched on techniques used to start a conversation with a stranger, and
the different level of
conversation/to initiate a converstion with stranger with open ended
questions. Skills used (1) Small talk...( 2)facts disclosure (3)opinion
(4) personal feeling role player Nahela and Dinesh, injected humours ,and
the comments from audience made the role players conversation interesting
it was indeed a hilarous presentation!
