TWO STEPS FORWARD
Mr. President, Edward Teh kick-started the second meeting of the term by sharing the exciting news that D'Utama Advanced Toastmasters Club has achieved 2 Distinguished Club Program point in just a month into the new term. While we celebrate our achievements, we should also keep in mind that we have at least 7 points to go to achieve our target - President Distinguished Club Award.

THE SPARK IS WITHIN US
Meeting theme of the month
Do you remember why did you step into the doors of Toastmasters? Why were you on the look out for a place like Toastmasters?
For most of us, it was a desire to learn and to grow.
There is a spark within each of us that yearns to grow into a flame, and every time we speak, we inspire the audience with this spark within us. And when we speak to a group of people, the spark spreads across the plane and grow into a beautiful flame, that is the reason why Toastmasters is such a beautiful place, a beautiful community to be a part of.
The meeting was smooth and successful where each member and guest had an opportunity to speak and thoroughly enjoyed the meeting.
During the meeting we also celebrated the achievement of three of our members, Vadim Khasanov for achieving his Pathway Level 1, Chan Foong Yen for achieving Pathway Level 2 and Sharon Foo for achieving the award of Advanced Communicator Gold.
