The top officers have returned from our annual trip to USA and there were many moments of glory for District 51. We were recognized in a very special and grand way on Thursday at the Golden Gavel Lunch and on Friday at the Hall of Fame. Some of the moments of highlights of our achievement for the term 2008 – 2009 were:

We were recognized in a very special and grand way on Thursday at the Golden Gavel Lunch and on Friday at the Hall of Fame. Some of the moments of highlights of our achievement for the term 2008 – 2009 were:
- Many districts commented that we were the best achievers among all the districts because District 51 is a very big district and we achieved PDD status.
- A few other districts interviewed us on how District 51 continues to achieve great success.
- Past International Presidents, congratulated us on our success.
- Executive Director, Daniel Rex congratulated us on the success of District 51.
- I remembered all our 7,350 members when I went up on stage during the Hall of fame. Thanks to all of you.
I feel truly happy that this challenging journey of leading District 51 to achieve PDD status was completed in grand style. It was worth every effort. Thank you for the opportunity to serve all of you.
Please do continue this successful journey this term 2009 – 2010.
